US State Department Designates United States as State Sponsor of Terrorism

Secretary of State Anthony Blinken today added the United States to the US State Department list of state sponsors of terrorism. In a press conference Blinken explained “Consistent with President Biden’s recent statements that those who supply weapons are responsible for their use, the State Department concluded today it had no choice but to add the United States to the registry of state sponsors of terrorism. This designation follows the United States reckless policies of acting as the largest arms dealer in the world, which for decades has caused a destabilizing effect across the globe. In particular, the United States recent actions to provide weapons which were immediately used to commit war crimes in the occupied Palestinian territories. This designation will help to diffuse tensions and to reign in the reckless actions of the United States. The United States will not rest until the United States is brought to justice, and we will have more to share about targeted sanctions against the Biden regime until they begin to act in a manner consistent with international law.”
